Areas of Practice:

Mr. Fu is good at handling litigation/arbitration/enforcement cases in the asset management industry.  Mr. Fu has represented many banks, securities companies, public equity funds, fund subsidiaries, well-known private equity funds and other asset management institutions in dozens of litigation and arbitration, especially the disputes related to stock and bond pledge repurchase, bond default/expected default, financial institution debt recovery, investment, asset management agreement. Mr. Fu has developed a deep understanding of and extensive experience in dispute resolution in various aspects of the financial sector. 

Representative Matters / Transactions:

• Assisting a famous financial institution to deal with China City Construction Holding Group Company’s perpetual capital securities;

• Assisting HENGFENG BANK Co., Ltd to deal with a bill dispute case against Bank of China Travel Service CO., Ltd. Jiaozuo;

• Assisting several fund companies to sue KPMG in series of Securities Misrepresentation cases;

• Assisting several Asset Management Company to deal with a bond pledge repurchase dispute, and confirmed the accountability method for debts arising from asset management product transactions;

• Assisting Youli Investment Holding Co., Ltd. to deal with series of Securities Misrepresentation cases.

Work Experience:

Mr. Fu graduated from East China University of Political Science with LLB and LLM. He obtained his second LLM degree from the Law School of University of Montreal.

Mr. Fu is currently a member of the Arbitration Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. Before joining Hui Ye, Mr. Fu worked at Llinks Law Offices which focuses on providing commercial-related legal services to clients.

Mr. Fu was awarded the top 30 in the 2018 LEGALBAND China Lawyers List.
