Songming Wang is mainly engaged in providing clients with legal services in dispute resolution, corporate governance, company acquisitions and mergers, debt restructuring, and disposal of non-performing assets.

Representative Matters / Transactions:

• Wang has long been legal consultant to various well-known companies, such as CAAC East China Regional Administration , Shanghai Huijin Financing Guaranty Co., Ltd.,  YINJIA Financial, FreeMePay, Harvest Festival Group [836673], Shanghai Tongda Venture Capital Co., Ltd. [600647] .

• Wang provides commercial dispute settlement services for many state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, transnational corporations and equity investment companies for a long time , assists them in the correct implementation of national laws and regulations, and assists in establishing corporate legal risk prevention and control systems and contract management processes.

• Wang takes part in major mergers and acquisitions projects, including many licensed payment companies and mergers and acquisitions of state-owned enterprises. He provides legal services such as transaction structure design, legal due diligence, project negotiation and transaction document drafting.

• Wang has participated in several major debt restructuring, acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets and other legal affairs. And he is responsible for providing restructuring framework plan, financing plan, etc., coordinating disputes between creditors and debtors, designing and drafting transaction documents, and providing full legal services such as restructuring after debt acquisition and clearing.

Work Experience:

Wang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law. He has been a full-time lawyer since 1996. He was awarded as an outstanding young lawyer in Jing'an District, a young professional in Shanghai's judicial administration system, and a legal aid model in Jing'an District.
