Mr. He is a senior partner in Hui Ye Xi'an Office. His primary practice areas include real estate & construction and commercial dispute resolution. In 2020, he was selected the "Top 15 Regional Stars" list by LEGALBAND, an authoritative international legal service agency, and was awarded as "specializing in the field of real estate and construction, with a wide range of research and practice in M&A, litigation, compliance and other businesses in this field".

Mr. He is now the co-chairman of the Real Estate and Construction Professional Committee of Hui Ye, the executive director of the real estate branch of Shaanxi Provincial Law Society, the executive director of the Trade Zone Arbitration Research Association of an City Law Society and the practical tutor of Northwest University of Political Science and Law.

Real Estate and Construction

• To provide all-round legal services for the judicial auction of the right of Xuhui Real Estate in the security zone, and the target amount of the item is the best in mainland China at the time.  

• To provide special compliance legal services for the EPC project of Shanxi Provincial SASAC, which is one of the enterprises under the SASAC of Shaanxi Province.

• To provide special legal services for Fuli Real Estate's real estate acquisition project located in Shaanxi Province.

• To provide full-process legal services for China Nuclear Investment's real estate development project located in Shaanxi Province.

Commercial Dispute Resolution

• On behalf of Shaanxi Jing Mao, he handled the arbitration case of the dispute between him and Xiang Xiyuan of an Century.

• On behalf of the League of Nations Huaguang to deal with the retrial dispute between it and Shenzhuahua EPC Cheng in the most expensive court.

• To deal with the construction contract dispute with Jianglin Real Estate on behalf of China Nuclear Industry Construction Co., Ltd.

• On behalf of Zhengrong Real Estate to deal with the dispute of cooperative development with Sanfeng Real Estate.

• To handle the dispute over the construction process between Jiangsu Jiangdu Group and Tianfu Real Estate on behalf of Jiangsu Jiangdu Group.

Work Experience:

Siwei He graduated from Wuhan University. Mr. He joined Hui Ye Law Firm in 2014 and is in charge of Xi'an office so far. Prior to joining Hui Ye Law Firm, Mr. He worked at other PRC law firms.
