Representative Matters / Transactions:

• Representing a large enterprise to set up a joint venture projects with a multinational company;

• Providing legal services for a large group company to go public and assisting it to make an equity incentive plan;

• Providing legal services for a major infrastructure project;

• To serve as the agent ad litem of Wuhan Kaisa International Industrial Co., Ltd in disputes over equity, which has been selected by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the P.R.C. as the one of the “Top Ten Classic Cases of the Industrial and Commercial Sector”;

• To serve as the defense lawyer for the founder of “South-China Religion”, who was accused of sabotaging law enforcement with cult organization, using cult organization to conduct intentional injury crime and rape;

• To serve as the defense lawyer for a Director of Military Representatives Bureau，who was accused of holding a huge amount of property with unidentified sources, corruption, etc.

Work Experience:

Lawyer Lang FU graduated from Wuhan University with a bachelor’s degree in International Economic Law and pursued his further study in Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a master’s degree in Law.

FU has practiced for more than 20 years with rich practical experience in the capital market, corporate-related legal matters, mergers and acquisitions. He has served as the general legal counsel for a number of multinational enterprises, state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises and institutions. As a team leader, he has handled a number of litigation cases or legal services projects with significant domestic and foreign influence.

In addition to focusing on legal practice, FU also acted as a mentor on the Sino-US Legal Clinic Project at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law for his profound theoretical knowledge in law, and has been invited to attend various important academic conferences. What’s more, FU is one of the lawyers recommended by the Consulate General of Canada in Shanghai.
